Farnham-based Full Clarity is a finalist in a host of upcoming national and international technology awards.

The user experience design, product strategy and technical consultancy has been shortlisted for the Global Business Tech Awards in the Best Small Tech Business of the Year category. It is also a finalist in the National Technology Awards in the Digital Transformation of the Year and Marketing Technology Innovation of the Year categories.

In the past year Full Clarity concluded a project for ITV, continued its partnership with Harrods and delivered projects for virtual reality scaleup Mesmerise and educational technology platform B Squared.

“The work we’ve produced over the past year has been outstanding and I couldn’t be prouder of the team,” said Full Clarity co-founder Ed Kemp. “The ITV project has been transformative and to see our work recognised at a UK and global level is a testament to its quality. We have ambitious plans for Full Clarity in the future and couldn’t be placed any better for the next phase in our journey.”

The past year has seen a renewed commitment to employee wellbeing. Full Clarity founders Jon Hewines and Ed Kemp designed a two-day event to alleviate the impact of large volumes of screen time on mental health and loneliness. The first day saw a five-star spa hotel for the team, while the second was a forest day.

“We grew substantially during the pandemic, but with employees working remotely, we were concerned about isolation and digital burnout,” said Ed. “Employee wellbeing has always been a priority.”
